There’s a lot that goes into building an in ground pool that will last a lifetime. Of particular consideration no matter where the pool is to be built, is the soil condition – is the site sandy or clay, rocky or granite? The elevation of the lot is also important, is it an up slope (ascending) or down slope (descending)? And, how far down is the water table? You won’t have to worry about these issues because we take care of that for you. Our dedicated construction crew includes the services of an experienced and professional Soil Engineer who is a trusted source to answer all these questions and concerns and make recommendations – so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
The question we always get asked is how long will the pool take to build? We know that as soon as you have decided to build a pool, everyone wants it done yesterday! However, each pool is unique and each site has different challenges, and there is no standardized permitting process between cities. We anticipate on average the process (including permitting) to take between 8-12 weeks – giving you plenty of time to go shopping for pool toys and accessories!
