Swimming Pool Design
The design process is far more than simply sketching a picture of a swimming pool on a piece of drafting paper. Creating the perfect pool and outdoor environment requires a communicative relationship between customer and designer, the use of current technology, and the artistry that is developed through years of experience. Our talented designers use the most current technology and follow a detailed plan that will transform your wants, needs, and vision into a “dream backyard” reality.
The design process begins with an in-home meeting where designers will discuss your specific needs and vision. For example: What is the main purpose of your pool? Is it a play pool for water recreation, a lap pool for exercise, or a diving pool? Will the pool be geared toward children or adults? Are you envisioning a themed pool - tropical, contemporary, or Tuscan theme, for example?
These questions will also extend to the overall look and functionality of your backyard, including specific design features you would like incorporated into your vision. These can include: a built in BBQ, a fire pit or fireplace, outdoor kitchen, refrigeration, bathrooms, patio covers, pergolas, columns, or even basketball or tennis courts. The possibilities can be as simple or elaborate as you wish.
Your designer then takes all of the information, as well as detailed measurements and pictures of your existing backyard, and starts the design process.
The next step utilizes one of the most exciting and innovative developments in pool design - Three Dimensional CAD software. We have received international recognition for excellence in our use of CAD design. The CAD program allows you to virtually walk around your yard, go into the pool, and even look through your existing windows for a eye-level view of your potential dream backyard. Your pool and backyard are now an actual tangible image than can be seen from every angle.
Our designers are able to make changes during your consultation, revise the original design, and add any updates to the final design.
